some days I really miss the east coast. today I have been feeling very nostalgic for New York - for the summer nights in my 20s I used to spend running around the city, for the July day last year when I took the boys to the Central Park zoo, for rainy date nights running through the streets there with Kris. I can still conjure every bit of how I felt in those moments.

the last time we were in New York was October. we stayed at the newly opened @fouquets.newyork with Rowan. I took him for his very first haircut, we went shopping with him in Soho and to dinner at a French cafe. we made more memories that I will always look back on fondly.

I just found this video from our stay that I had put together and never posted. thank you @fouquets.newyork for being our home in the city that week and for being a physical manifestation of the magic that is New York! 🤍
