a day in the life lately ✨ after Rowan was born I struggled to maintain hydration and was lacking a diet that was nutrient-dense enough to sustain breastfeeding and all that goes along with becoming a mother. I would have dizzy spells, my skin was parched and I just felt off. I knew that when Willow came, and I had a toddler and newborn to keep up with, I couldn’t put my nutrition on the backburner again or I’d burn out. a doula I follow had shared about @wearechiyo, a postpartum meal subscription designed to support healing and the breastfeeding journey. I’ll admit that I am not naturally most drawn to well-balanced, nutrient dense meals, but I knew that was what I needed. I have to say, I’ve been BLOWN AWAY with how delicious everything is. There’s tons of flavor, complexity and heartiness to each meal. I have peace of mind knowing I’m providing my body, and therefore Willow, with the nutrients they need. anyway, just wanted to give them a shoutout, as well as a couple of other products I’m currently loving: 6 AM - @wearechiyo ginger + goji tea 8 AM - @wearechiyo congee with kimchi + boiled egg 9 AM - almond milk matcha latte 12 PM - @wearechiyo tofu, snap pea and spinach soup 2 PM - @wearechiyo furikake kale popcorn 5:30 PM - @wearechiyo salmon nicoise salad 6:30 PM - @seescandies coconut cream milk chocolates 😅 7:30 PM - @forthebiome Stress Therapy Infusion 2 AM - @daveskillerbread with peanut butter or @drinkorgain protein shake ALL DAY - @sakaralife Detox Drops in my water and @milkmoonherbs Postpartum Tonic
