I’ve been doing a version of these stretches every day for months and they’ve been key at hip and sciatica pain management (if I miss a day I notice a big difference). I have scoliosis and that’s definitely impacted the way my weight has been distributed lately, and where I experience pain. Between these stretches and seeing a chiropractor each week, I’ve been pretty much pain free. These stretches take me about 20 minutes to do — I also usually include a yoga squat. I know I don’t have great form or anything, I’m only sharing this in case it’s helpful for anyone experiencing similar issues (or just anyone who wants a nice daily stretching routine) because it’s been drastically helpful for me. 🧘🏼‍♀️ ps. doesn’t get much better than this terrace overlooking the beach for morning stretches 💗
