We ALL have inner struggles that manifest from insecurities and a lot of us will overcompensate in other ways so that we don’t have to face them OR just feel better about ourselves in general. . Doing the hard work of exploring and challenging our own inner insecurities is NO easy task! BUT, for me, I find that it is one of the most FREEING and REWARDING feelings to have! ☺️ I find that Physical accomplishments are a hell of a lot easier to achieve then the ones that are unseen and not shared outwardly. Doing the work within and trying to always be a better version of yourself, which includes A LOT of SELF REFLECTION, is a ongoing goal of mine that I know will and should NEVER end!!! . TRY and do something daily that CHALLENGES yourself and gets you out of your COMFORT zones. Even if you don’t end up doing something that day that challenges you at least it provokes thinking about it which is a GREAT starting point!!! 😄💪🏻 .
