I have been seeing great progress with this injury over the last few months. It is a tricky one to heal, but our bodies are incredible things that want to heal and we just have to help it along. 😀 . There is a possibility I might get a PRP injection in a month, but I think this shot may possibly be the last one. 🤞 . I have started climbing “lightly” for MYSELF again the last few weeks, which feels great to be moving around on the wall! 😄 .
