VERY VERY boring video, BUT this is MY reality at the moment! AND this is the alter walls at the gym! 😂

As many of you may know I have been dealing with a right SC Joint partial tear for about 3 months now.
.
I started lightly climbing again for a bit less than a month now and I have had 2 doses of Prolotherapy shots in the joint to help heal it faster.
.
I’m learning to be more patient and listen to be body even better than I did before.
Here is a 5.12D at @movementgyms Baker.
As you can see I am climbing In a VERY CONTROLLED way and impeccably SLOW!!!
I can’t pull on the LEFT arm too hard and I most certainly can’t do any weird or awkward positions with it!!!

Climbing in such a controlled way where I’m not popping, hopping or finding my normal flow is sooo different and strange for me!

Our bodies are INCREDIBLE and they know how to adapt. They know how to heal. They talk to you, all you have to do is listen! 👂
