それもそのはず。現在は外国産が主流になった葛ですが、奈良の特に吉野は、今でも葛粉100%の本葛がつくられているのです。

創業100余年の菓子屋・吉田屋独自の製法による、おいしく食べやすい葛餅を、奈良の手土産にふさわしいパッケージにしました。
とろりとした質感がスプーンを伝い、ぷりぷりっとした食感が口の中いっぱいに広がります。

Yoshida-ya, a confectionery shop established more than 100 years ago, has created a delicious and easy-to-eat kuzu mochi in a package suitable as a souvenir of Nara.
