今日の和菓子はねりきりで作った #初雪 です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
茶道 で使われる「主菓子」の一種です。
撮影用に制作しました。

プロジェクターバッチリでした！
友達から断熱材もらったので頑張って詰め込みたいと思います。

in white bean.
Is a kind of "Jounamagashi" as used in the tea ceremony.
