今日の和菓子：泉の湧いた日
@essencekyoto さんにご紹介いただいた@gallery_yds さんにて出会った艸田正樹さんの器。
「泉の湧いた日」という銘がついたこのガラスの器は、その名の通り、中心から湧き出た水がそのまま凍結したような揺らぎを内包している。そんな美しい器から着想を得て、泉から湧き出る水をイメージしたの錦玉羹です。

I encouraged the beautiful glassware made by Masaji Kusada at the gallery in Kyoto. The artwork named “the day water springs” is just like freezing a ripple of spring water from underground.
This confectionary inspired by his elegant hand blown glassware visualizes a drop of water from the spring.
