今日の和菓子 : 夜桜
麗らかな春の陽気に包まれて、少しずつほころび出した桜のつぼみ。短命な花だからこそ、余すことなくその魅力を味わいたいもの。
今回のshuuemuraさんとのコラボ菓子は、闇夜に浮かび上がる夜桜をイメージして制作したういろうの和菓子です。全世界に自粛ムードが広がる中、せめて気分だけでも春を感じられますように。

In a balmy spring weather, buds of cherry blossoms (Sakura) are gradually bursting.
As Sakura is a short-lived flower, this season is a really special time for Japanese people.
This confectionery collaborated with shuuemura is inspired by yozakura – the illuminated cherry blossoms at night.🌸 Hope you can feel the spring vibes even in this trying times.
