皆さま、こんにちは。いかがお過ごしでしょうか。
今日はポジリポの料理について少しご紹介させていただきます。そもそもポジリポposillipoって何？という方もいらっしゃると思いますので少し触れさせていただきます。ポジリポはイタリアの地名です。南部カンパーニャ州に属し、ナポリの南西部に位置します。ポジリポの丘から見る夜景は世界三大夜景の一つであることめ有名です。料理はやはりナポリといえばナポリピッツァのイメージが強いですが、港町もあり地中海の豊富な魚介類を使ったレストランが軒を連ねます。
沖縄も海に囲まれ海の幸が豊富です。ポジリポも魚介類を使った南イタリア料理をたくさんご用意しております。沖縄の海を感じながら、ワインと一緒に魚介を楽しんでいただくのがおすすめの楽しみ方です。

I introduced Posillipo‘s dishes today. Posillipo is the place name of Italy. Posillipo in the region of Campania is a town in Italy - some 116 mi South-East of Rome, the country’s capital city. The port town is in Naples, and there are a lot of restaurants using the seafood which are rich in the Mediterranean Sea.
Okinawa has abundant seafoods among the seas, too. It is recommended way of enjoying that has you enjoy seafood with wine while feeling sea of Okinawa to be.
