Your company can’t afford social blunders like Dr. Rowe. Operationally you’re the worst company in the industry. 16 hours spent in the airport so far today, de-planed twice and somehow your star mechanic staff couldn’t discover that the plane had a flat tire until the flight had been delayed for five hours and the plane had re-boarded. Your customers missed weddings, births of children, family events. You compensated your customers with $12 of meal vouchers and warm bologna and cheese hoagies as many of us stayed since 4:30AM and continue to await boarding what is now an 8:30PM flight. Your staff couldn’t communicate what the issue was because disgruntled mechanics put them in a horrible position and no one knew what was happening. As a devout flyer of the cheapest possible option, I will exclude your airline from that strategy not fly it again, and ill promote boycotting your airline on my social accounts and through word of mouth until your corporate culture and customer service experience a major shift. Two thumbs way down.

I was kicked off my flight for having an allergic reaction and panic attack prior to boarding. Once I was checked by Cancun airport medics, they allowed me to board my plane and didn’t find anything wrong with me flying. I informed the flight attendant of my situation so they understand I just had an allergic reaction and asked if there was an epipen on board just in case and she had authorities kick me off my flight because she stated SHE DIDNT WANT TO BE HELD LIABLE if ANYTHING HAPPENED TO ME. Once I was kicked off, I PAID $610.00 for a flight that was 30 min later to get back to the U.S so I can go to an hospital in America immediately because Cancun didn’t understand much English nor my medical situation. They reacted incompetent and showed me that they don’t care about their passengers at all. WORST airline. I want my refund and I’m never flying again.

American Airlines is an absolute joke, I have never encountered such unprofessional service. The flight was canceled after sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours! I understand the circumstances, what I don’t understand is how a whole flight crew can abandon a flight and leave everyone on the plane to disembark on there own. We literally had to set the alarm off at the gate in order to get back into the airport!!! Not even an announcement, we all found out that the flight was cancelled by texts from American, 5 minutes before they even made an announcement over the loudspeaker!!!! Your better off with ANY airline...even spirit!!!! And no help from customer service in the airport and a “90 minute wait” on the American airline 800 number!!! Terrible service, at an outrageous price!!!!

Thanks for loading up our flight then finding a “mechanical” issue. Then telling us you might fix it at the destination THEN telling us it would take 2 hrs to fix so we would need to deplane THEN telling us there was a new plane and we could board in 30 min at a new gate THEN pushing that departure by 10 min for the next hour and a half so that we were back past the original two hour limit (with zero explanation about why the “30 min later new plane departure” line never happened) So we were over 3 hours delayed... without any answers. Sounds like Judge McBryde didn’t fix anything. I’ll be cancelling my AA credit card, your miles are worthless because you can’t actually use them ?

My flight got cancelled. I understand weather is not something within your control. Understandable.But standing 4 hours in line just to leave with no solution is unacceptable. Not only will I have to spend and additional $300 USD (which you probably won’t reimburse me) in hotel and car rental fees, but will also be driving 12 hours to get back home. After this is sorted I will be canceling my AA advantage account as its as pointless and ineffective as your phone support (still waiting on that 2 hour call back). Do the right thing and take care of your customers so they won’t fly away!

Just took a trip this past week with American... they cancelled my departing flight and had to fly later through the night 9 hours later from scheduled flight.
Then, on returning flight got cancelled again which was scheduled for SATURDAY and they couldn’t get us on another flight until MONDAY.. so had to miss even more work.
Oh and on top of that, the Monday 2nd flight was delayed 4 hours and had to sit on the plane over an hour due to the catering company not having the food and drinks stocked....... ??♀️??♀️?
How on earth. Worst flight trip I’ve ever had. #unamerican
