American Airlines is the absolute worst Airlines I have ever flown. They canceled all flights to our city for weather when there was no weather in either the destination, the departure or in between. They then laughed at me when I asked how I was supposed to get home as they did not have any flights the next day. He then recommended I start walking. The previous week, after they changed our flight with no explanation and bumped us from the first class seats we paid for, they refused to even offer any help or refund our money. As a result of the vast quantity of cancellations from AA the car rental places in DFW no longer offer one way rentals because it is too expensive to get the cars back from the destinations. The only response I have received on any of these issues is that they can’t do anything because it’s out of their hands. They literally do not care about customer service in anyway. Every staff member was so rude, not helpful and just had zero interest in doing their job. I will go out of my way to never fly American Airlines ever again.

I have had the absolute worst experience with you guys today at DFW. Your customer service team were rude and showed little to no concern that multiple people missed their flights. Myself or my family will never fly with you again!

Although u are restricted to chose your cabin crew ,ur customers are not satisfied with ur service so how do u convince and excuse them .As u know customers are the most importan part of each airline and u are not exceptional

I am on AA flight #1160 from Denver to Chicago O'hare. Our flight was supposed to depart at 4:49pm but we aren't taking off until after 11pm (OVER 6 hours late). What compensation will AA be providing to us customers?

I'm really disappointed with how your flight attendants handled an issue with a pet on board recently. I emailed customer relations but haven't heard anything back and it's been over a week @americanair #disappointed

Wow for every 125 only 2 ? I’ll apply and apply and apply until I get get to be one of those 2 that get it I’ve a plus I speak Spanish ? apparently that helps to get the job
