khazne2000 I have a claim with this airline on May 15, 2019 I left a small bag on the flight LGA/ CLT 2872 and I stole all my gold items I made the claim with a staff of CORPORATE SECURITY they took my data and told me that they were going to solve my problem I sent all the corresponding documents and a claim form and now they are telling me that they are not going to pay me anything they are IRRESPONSIBLE I am a frequent passenger of American Airlines but more never return to travel with that airline because I do not know they make responsible be very careful @americanair ???

carolyn_412 Canceled my flight indefinitely (even though in the app it said it was still on time) and didn’t even notify me ! Then when I called they said “we have an account associated with this phone number” but when I finally got in touch with a customer service rep she said they didn’t have my phone number on file (uh your automatic system just told me you did....)

myradroad @americanair hi, I’m currently on one of your planes waiting for further updates surrounding how we were diverted from msp to Milwaukee - I have earned additional miles and segments for this trip and feel like I should be compensated and will continue to blow this up, please dm me

andrewdrewkoven On hold for almost 2 hours trying to cancel a ticket I booked this evening. And still waiting @americanair where is the customer service???!!! You make it very difficult to ever want to fly you again. I’m a customer not luggage ?

skipschott Flight 5318 delayed in 30 minutes sections for the past 4 hours. No help at the gate, no cancellation to allow passengers to rebook with other carriers - not an AA fan
