I have been treated with such disrespect during my entire travel day filled with delayed flights (due to a pilot being LATE), American employees doing absolutely nothing in their power to help or show any kind of respect for a frequent paying customer and American told us we were on a flight that we in fact weren’t on, only had a reservation not a TICKET. I’ve never heard of that in my 22 years of flying. I was specifically treated poorly by American employee Evian Medrano and many countless others whose name I unfortunately did not get the chance to write down. This company doesn’t have a shred of respect for their customers and will take money from you with no regard to how you are treated once you have paid. What a shame we have to use airlines with no integrity to get where we need to go. I am appalled by this airline, if you have another option to fly a different airline by all means do it.

There are no words to describe how HORRIBLE my first (and LAST) American Airlines experience was. Never, ever, EVER again and will ensure no one I know flies American either. Incredibly RUDE staff and absolutely NO concern for customers AT ALL. Mortifying, inexcusable experience. STAY AWAY!!!!! This is why I ALWAYS FLY DELTA...only ended up on American because Delta had no flights to my destination. Won’t be returning to that destination again just because of how horribly I was treated by this airline. No idea how they’re still in business. Unbelievable.

@americanair I will never allow my family to fly American Airlines again. My husband was just yelled at my husband at the gate “I am done with you”. The amount of disrespect he received is insane after his flight was cancelled and your team did NOTHING to help him get his bag or get a rental car or hotel or anything! Please explain to me how you all your customer service reps who are your brands face to interact with customers that way?

People don’t care about wine or the lounge they care about getting to their destination on time.. I just received an email stating my flight was changed/delayed 6 HOURS!!! Called customer services and of course the lines are all busy and I have to wait on a call back which who knows if that will happen , now I am at risk of missing a wedding - THE WHOLE REASON I booked. How is this okay? First and LAST time booking with American.

I will never fly American again. The air hostesses are incredibly rude, the customer service is disrespectful and unhelpful. I was sick and could not fly and they would not even let me fill out a medical waiver form. They are rigid and do not want to assist customers. I rather fly any other airline than American.
