Tens of thousands of elephant seals line the beaches of South Georgia as they have arrived to give birth to their pups. Less than a hundred years ago, elephant seal populations on South Georgia, Antarctica were nearly wiped out by our greed and mismanagement of wildlife populations. Their numbers are rebounding to near historic numbers.
