Hundreds of narwhals jockey for position to catch a breath of air during a massive feeding frenzy on polar cod. Since I was a kid growing up in the Canadian Arctic, I have always been fascinated by these true unicorns of the sea. It took eight years of going back year after year to the far Canadian Arctic to finally realize this moment. This image, along with 178 others, appears in my new massive fine-art book called "Born To Ice."
