This species is playful and inquisitive-- they play with each other through wrestling and gentle biting. When faced with an unfamiliar object they slink toward it; body outstretched, low to the ground, and retract swiftly if disturbed. When alarmed they jump backwards, snort and emit a foul-smelling odor from their anal glands which they are able to aim and use against specific targets, similar to skunks. These carnivores eat mammals primarily, and will hunt alone as well as in pairs. #PhotoArk #greatergrison
