生地に自家製いちごピューレとあまあま練乳入りのいちごみるくのチーズケーキは、いちごの甘酸っぱさにミルクのまろやかさとコク、チーズケーキの心地良い酸味と程よい濃さ。ヨーグルトゼリーは、ゼリーというよりもババロアの要素が強いようで、優しいババロアとフルーツの酸味とよく合うそうですよ??
