スフレ生地3段に、アールグレイの茶葉入り北海道産生クリーム、煮りんご、キャラメルアイスが添えられた絶品パンケーキ??
オーダーをもらってから粉を計量し、一枚一枚丁寧にアメリカ産のパンケーキ専用グリドルで焼きあげています。時間がかかるため一日に作れる数に限りがあるそうですが、その美味しさにリピーターがあとを絶たないそう…?
パンケーキの種類によって生地を変えているので、その時の食感や味に出会えるのもパンケーキ好きにはたまらないポイントです♫

The pancake specialty shop,"Chaka" introduce a numbered ticket system instead of reservation by reason of popularity.
Almost 100% of customer come for its pancake!!
There are limited numbers of pancake a day because it takes time. But repeaters are continuously.
This time we introduce menu,”Sepia pancake” is limited menu from April to May on weekday. 
A fresh cream which includes tea leaf of earl grey is served on three stages of the souffle dough.
A stewed apples and caramel ice cream are also garnished.
They are changing the dough depending on the type of pancake, so you can enjoy the difference of texture and taste.
