Photo @Keith Ladzinski / Twilight over #ChastineFalls, a waterfall at the mouth of the #bigThompsonCanyon near Loveland Colorado, fed from the snowy mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park. The canyon is no stranger to heavy flooding during heavy rain, especially in the lower sections where the canyon walls become tightly restricted. In 1976 a massive flash flood pushed through the canyon, reshaping it in many sections with tremendous force. In 2013 the canyon was hit hard once again, destroying long street he'd of the highway.
