@mike_hettwer - Burning Man is a great cultural event in the US where more than 65,000 people build a temporary city in northern Nevada every September. There are dozens of spectacular large-scale art installations. These sculptures were created by Karen Cusolito and Dan Das Mann. Attendees can climb the sculptures if they like. All traces of anyone being there are removed at the end of the event. Most attendees camp out in tents or sleep in recreational vehicles bringing all their own food and supplies for the week. The name comes from the ritual of burning, of what is now, a 100-foot tall wooden effigy of a man.
