This had to be one of the best appetizers I've had in a long time! Onsen (hot spring) eggs in consommé gelee, uni and parsnip purée, with the faintest aroma of ao-yuzu, from Autre Kyoya. Not bad for a quickie food hit before catching Akiko Yano's fun '80s-driven set at Joe's Pub last night!
