Our relatively stable climate is partly supported by consistent Arctic sea ice cover. For our seas and oceans to stay at current levels, relies on the balance between the snow accumulation and melt rate of glacial ice. The Paris climate talks attended by 195 countries have just finished and 150 world leaders have come home, promising to cut carbon emissions. It's up to us to see they keep their promises, for ice, humanity and planet.
