Considered #extinct for over 40 years, its return has been considered one of the greatest #conservation success stories in history. The International Iguana Foundation, (@iguana_foundation) has been there all along and is working to ensure the survival of the species in the face of this new threat. @sedgwickcountyzoo, where this iguana lives, has been a longtime supporter of the IIF and has bred this species in captivity for three years running.
