Photo by @shonephoto (Robbie Shone) - Late one evening, here is a view from the Sphinx Observatory perched on the Jungfraujoch, Switzerland. The Aletsch glacier, the largest glacial system in the Alps disappears off into the distance. We were there as part of a scientific study looking at permafrost inside the cave just below the Observatory.
