Good morning! @heathfish here live and swimming in the beautiful #bvi. Sandy spit is a stunning little island just off shore from Little Jost Van Dyke. It's a great spot to swim to, but when the swell is up, you can see the break wrap right around it. Two intrepid swimmers from our boat were adventurous enough to make the #swim ashore. I captured the action with the use of my new tool I call affectionately #dronesally. I've always loved this spot but seeing it from a new perspective is like discovering it for the first time again. The swimming here is sporting today, with a swell that has seemed to come out of nowhere. The unexpected - that's the thrill and the challenge of #openwaterswimming. #swimstagram #swimvacation #sv1214
