The #OuterBanks of NC are known for high winds and dramatic weather changes. On this day however there was an unusual dead calm with the normally tumultuous #sea flat as glass. Hurricanes however always loom this time of year, and this now quiet sea could suddenly turn into a raging flooding shore eating beast. Spectacular either way. Photo by @davidalanharvey
