まるでファストフードのポテトみたいな、新しい形のフライドポテト🍟✨
カワイイ見た目もサクサクの食感も楽しい♪
切り込みを入れるときには、箸などを添えると切りやすいよ👍

■材料
じゃがいも
片栗粉
粉チーズ（トッピング用）
パセリ（トッピング用）

■作り方
1. じゃがいもが長方形になるように皮を切り落とす。
2. 格子状に切り込みを入れ、20分ほど水につけておく。
3. 水分を拭き取り、油できつね色になるまで揚げる。
4. 粉チーズとパセリをふりかけて完成。
