It’s fall, y’all, which means it’s time for NEW INC’s annual dinner celebrating the Creative Science track! Hosted at @OkoFarms, an aquaponic farm in Williamsburg, the evening featured @lev.nyc, a chef duo who focus on site-specific cooking and used ingredients harvested directly from the farm—including fish from the aquaponic system—and presentations by current track members, MORAKANA (@mora.kana), OUTOFSEAM (@outofseam_), Hyungi Park (@park_hyun_gi).
