Amazing food, quality humans, moon-bows, bonfires, blood moons, barrel juice, night surfs, baby turtles, shell hunting, endless games, dance parties and secret blue lagoons. Believe it or not, this was my first surf trip that didn’t involve “working” in some sense and it far exceeded any expectations. When it rains, sometimes it pours. It felt like a lot happened at once recently and I didn’t know how much I needed these 12 days with friends and no service to reflect and reconnect to the things that matter most to me. Life is short. Be present, soak in the moments and love hard. Filled with gratitude for this human experience and all the people I get to share it with.
