Eat these six foods if you want to live a longer life:
Grass-fed butter: It’s no secret that grass-fed butter is one of the healthiest foods you can eat. It’s high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats. It makes anything taste good, and it turns coffee into a delicious milkshake. 🧈
Salmon roe: Salmon eggs have a special kind of Omega 3 fatty acids in them that help them to enter the brain. They give you a bioavailable B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and are one of the highest nutrient density foods you can eat. 🍣
Grass-fed liver: Of all the organs, liver is probably the strongest tasting, and the hardest for many people to stomach. But, it’s worth it. Liver is a great source of riboflavin. In fact, it’s probably the single best source of riboflavin out there. 👅
