It's crazy to think that not too long ago, I was wondering when I would be able to get back into fitness.

Right now I'm SOO thankful for my Post Pregnancy and Low Impact program on the @Sweat app!!

Jax is 8 months old and 11kg (24 pounds). I'm able to comfortably rest him on the end of my legs (swipe across to the 3rd photo) and my abs feel strong enough to support him!

One of my most frequently asked questions from mums is "I had a baby X amount of years ago, can I still do the post pregnancy program"

Answer: YES! The program is helpful no matter how many years PP you are!! It really helps build the foundations you need to start feeling strong again.
