gender equlity など世界中の女性の活躍とライフバランスにはまだまだたくさん課題があります。
これまでの実績と次の機会を最後は社会のシステムが変わるまで推進していきます。

There are still many challenges worldwide when it comes to gender equality and improving the active participation and work-life balance of women. I will continue to promote these causes until the social systems change for the better, building on past achievements and seizing future opportunities.
