Beef Hot Pot in SUKIYAKI style
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
300g sliced beef
200g bean sprouts
100ml sake
100ml mirin
100ml soy sauce
30g sugar
Cotton candy, as needed
2 eggs
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Put sake and mirin in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat. Add soy sauce and sugar, simmer over medium heat.
2. In a different pot, place the bean sprouts and the sliced beef.
3. Turn on the heat for the pot (2). Place the cotton candy and pour (1). Serve with eggs.
4. Enjoy!
