Baked Sweet Potato Brûlée
Servings: 2
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
INGREDIENTS
2 baked sweet potatoes (aka Yakiimo)
2 eggs
15g sugar
1 tablespoon pancake mix
150ml milk
Some sugar
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Mix eggs, sugar, and pancake mix in a bowl.
2. Add milk gradually into the bowl and mix well.
3. Cover the bowl (2) with a food wrap. Microwave for 1 minute at 600W and mix. Repeat about 5 times until smooth.
4. Cut a slit in the yakiimo potato. Soften the potato and pour (3) over. Sprinkle some sugar on top and caramelize it with a torch.
5. Enjoy!
