Warabimochi Drink
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
150ml milk

【A】
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons potato starch
【B】
400ml milk
Ice, as needed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon matcha powder
Vanilla extract, as needed

Whipped cream, as needed
Matcha powder, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix sugar and potato starch 【A】 in a heat resistant bowl. Add milk gradually (in two separate times) and stir well.
2. Microwave (1) for a minute and half at 600W and stir well. Microwave another minute and stir well again. With a spoon (dipped in water), scoop out some balls and leave them in the iced water.
3. Mix all of the ingredients【B】 in a blender.
4. Put (2) in a glass and pour (3). Add some whipped cream and matcha powder on top.
5. Enjoy!
