Easy Cake with Store-bought Strawberry Bread
Servings: 3 to 4

INGREDIENTS
2 Strawberry Bread

A
200ml heavy cream
50g sugar

100g drained yogurt

B
Kiwis (diced), as needed
Oranges (diced), as needed
Blueberries (diced), as needed

PREPARATION
1. Separate the strawberry read into three layers.
2. Place some of (1) in a bowl lined with a food wrap.
3. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl. Add the yogurt and stir just to combine. Separate 1/3 into another bowl (for decoration, 5).
4. Add the half of the (3) into (2). Place fruits dices. Spread the the other half of (3) and add more fruits.
5. Place the rest of (1) on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Flip on the plate and remove the food wrap. Spread the cream (3) and add some fruits on top.
6. Enjoy!
