Kowloon Jelly Ball Salad

INGREDIENTS
300ml water
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
A
10g agar
10g sugar
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

4 cherry tomatoes (2 red 2 yellow. Peel and cut into halves)
Some broccoli (boiled, cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 okura (boiled, cut into bite-sized pieces)
3 boiled quail eggs (cut into halves)
Some black olives (sliced)
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Some salad dressing
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
1. Stir A ingredients with water in a pot. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
2. Pour half of (1) into a sphere ice mold. Place B toppings. Pour the rest of (1). Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until solid.
3. Remove kowloon jelly balls from the mold (2). Place them on a plate. Serve with your favorite dressing.
4. Enjoy!
