INGREDIENTS
1/4 apple
1/2 orange
1 kiwi
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
PREPARATION
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
[Apple Leaf Cut]
1. Sandwich the apple with chopsticks.
2. Cut the apple until the knife touches the chopsticks. Cut the other side. Repeat.
3. Layer all slices to make the leaf design.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
[Orange Rose Cut]
1. Cut off 1cm of the stem side of the orange. Do the other side as well.
2. Cut the orange to remove the flesh. DO NOT CUT THE PEEL, KEEP IT AS A RING.
3. Put the stem side slice (1) on the bottom of the peel ring (2).
4. Cut the flesh into 3mm slices.
5. Layer all slices radially in the peel ring (3).

[Kiwi Tulip Cut]
1. Cut the middle of the kiwi like a zigzag line.
2. Separate the two halves.
