Growth, first and foremost, involves nurturing a mindset shift – believing in boundless possibilities and having faith in your personal journey. I firmly believe that there are three main pillars of growth: mindset, routine, and mental health.

From the morning ritual that sets a positive tone to the nighttime habits that bring peace, consistency within a routine is key. Consistency breeds discipline, and discipline fosters growth. Through a routine, you cultivate the discipline required to show up for yourself and your goals regularly.
Whether it’s committing to a daily workout, dedicating focused time to a personal project, or nurturing your relationships, these intentional actions compound over time, leading to progress and accomplishment.

Tending to our mental health is crucial. The growth mindset often portrayed on social media sometimes overlooks the importance of rest, seeking support when necessary, and practicing self-compassion. From my experience, this pillar has proven absolutely essential during this past year of remarkable growth and change for me.

As we grow, we may find ourselves outgrowing certain connections, habits, places, and even people. It’s not easy, but sometimes it’s vital to cut ties with those individuals or things that no longer contribute to our growth.
