Yesterday’s workout as promised 😊 Day 6 was a Full Body Burn. 🔥 GUYS… first week of the @wbkfit 8 week Hourglass Challenge is over and I’ve been.. ON IT?!?! WHAAAT! Who am I?! @ausstinnzimmerman is doing it with me 🥹 I love it here! Every day since these babies i am feeling more and more like myself and I’m so happy! The way I wake up excited to do my workouts… FINALLY. Getting back into the swing of things/making something a habit/ and being consistent with it, is truly the hardest part of it all. Now let me settle down because it’s only week 1 😂 however I feel extremely accomplished 🙏🏽🙌🏽 my @wbkfit challenges make it that much more enjoyable and so easy to follow. It’s Sunday and that means rest day! So far I slept in, had coffee, napped with my baby, made breakfast and smoothies for the fam… zya was my sous-chef, fed my son plums-first time 🥹, sat outside and enjoyed nature, cleaned up a bit, showered, and now I’m laying on my bed about to get some groceries for tonight’s dinner… @ausstinnzimmerman chose it straight outta the @wbkfit challenge meal plan 😝What have you done on your Sunday rest day?
