Working out as a mom of two - how do you make sure you're lookin & feelin good? For me, I focus mostly on healthy eating, but with a balance of foods that I love to eat as well. Getting to the gym consistently and sticking to it has been my biggest struggle, even still 6 months postpartum. Life with 2 under 2 is not for the weak! If you know you know. But I do what I can every day! I am looking forward to starting my @wbkfit HOURGLASS challenge on July 17th 🙌🏽 What I've been doing lately at the gym in terms of exercises are: I make sure to do step ups, deadlifts, hip thrusts, & cable kick backs. For core I am still doing marches, bird dogs, and side planks to help with my tummy. All above are my staple exercises 🫶🏽
