LEGDAY BABY🫶🏼🥰 6 months in training with weights post back surgery! Unreal to think it’s been that “long”. Giving myself time to properly heal has been the best choice. No gym ego or feeling judged by others- just my own pace and slow steps forward👏🏽🙋🏻‍♀️ injuries suck but you will get back!! 🚀

1️⃣ Barbell Squats (I place the mini weights under my feet for better range of motion, helps my lower back massively. I did: 4 sets x 15 reps).
2️⃣ Hip trusts (i used a double pad bc my hip bones literally bruise🤣 forgot to bring my own pad today. I did: 4 sets x 15 reps).
3️⃣ Bstance RDL (I did: 4 sets x 20 reps).
4️⃣ Sumo squats with dumbell (I did 4 sets x 20 reps).
