The QUICKEST Way to Wrap Wontons
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
Wonton wrappers, as needed

A
100g group pork
10cm leek (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sake
1 teaspoon sesame oil

PREPARATION
1. Place a wrapper on your hand.
2. With a spoon handle (the end of the handle), put about 5g of A (mixed in a bowl) on top half of the wrapper.
3. With the spoon, fold the wrapper.
4. Move the spoon around to wrap. Remove the spoon.
5. Lightly pinch the wonton to seal. No water needed.
6. Enjoy!
