Jiggling Egg Tofu
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
150g tofu (soft)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons shiro-dashi broth
PREPARATION
1. With a hand mixer, first whip tofu in a bowl. Add eggs and shiro-dashi, and mix well between eggs and dashi.
2. Pour (1) into a heat-proof dish lined with food wrap. Cover loosely with food wrap. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes at 600W.
3. Shape it over the food wrap. Let cool.
4. Enjoy!
