The pudding is made with the yolk left over from making pancakes. Rich and Tasty🥚

I had a chat with the owner, Mr. Makoto.
The quality of Chaka's pancakes comes from the quality of the ingredients.

They do not use any eggs or cream for business use.
They are cracked eggs and whipped cream by hand, one by one👏🏻👏🏻

季節限定：6月はメロンのパンケーキ。
メロンましましでオーダー🍈

月(つき)：チーズのパンケーキ🧀
お好みで胡椒や蜂蜜をかけて。

自家製プリン：
パンケーキ作りで余った黄身を使ってできたプリン。
卵をぜいたくに使ってて濃厚な美味しさ🍮

店主のマコトさんとお話しさせてもらって思ったことは、
チャカのパンケーキの美味しさはとにかく素材の良さ。

業務用の卵やクリームは一切使わず、
ちゃんと手で卵を割って、
お店でクリームを泡立てている。

奇をてらったことはせず、
基本の"美味しい"に誠実なパンケーキ🥞

これはレシピを教わっても、
真似できるものではないなぁ🤔と感動しました✨
