EVERYDAY PILATES ✨ Just dropped a brand new YT! 🎥 A 35min follow-along PILATES class 🙌🏼

Here is a little snippet of some of my favourite exercises, not only working those muscles but also improving mobility in the body…all the feel good vibes! 🥰

▪️1. ROLL DOWN
Try to move slowly one vertebrae at a time.
Repeat 5 times.

▪️2. PLANK TUCKS
Aim to touch your knee all the way to your elbow for max core 🔥
Repeat 10 times.

▪️3. CAT COW
Again, each vertebrae moving one at a time…move slow!
Repeat 10 times.

▪️4. BOOTY SEQUENCE
Keep your torso as still as possible, feel the thigh bone rolling in the hip socket.
Try x10 reps of each back-to-back.

▪️5. SIDE PLANK STRETCH & CRUNCH
Stretch as long as you can then use your core to control the crunch touching knee to elbow.
Repeat 10 times.

▪️6. 100’s
Keep belly button drawn into spine & pump arms as many times as you can without lifting your lower back. Tuck the knees in to regress, or return back to start position to reset.
Repeat max pumps 3 x with good form.

Depending how much time you have, you can repeat this circuit 2-3 times.
