Make ragù with me.
Soffritto: carrot, celery, onion, olive oil
Stir fry then add
Beef: half Sirloin, half Chuck
Stir fry while breaking it down, add salt
Add white wine, evaporate.
Add tomato passata (sieved), tomato concentrate, bay leaves.
Close lid, simmer on low heat for a few hours.

I have many variants of ragù, this one I like to use in lasagne. Maybe I’ll show you how to make that next time ;)
