Over the last several years, my family and I have fostered many pregnant dogs, and we have worked with a variety of animal rescues. We take the mama in and give her tons of love and are there for her delivery. We nurture the babies and the mama for 10-12 weeks until they are ready for adoption, and we then find amazing homes for them all. We also have two rescues, and they love having them as well. It is one of the most gratifying events we do as a family. The Labelle Foundation, an LA-based rescue committed to saving, rehabilitating, and advocating for dogs, has a mission to improve the lives of dogs in need within our community while also educating in responsible pet care. The Labelle team brought two adorable puppies, a Pitbull/Terrier mix named Zuma and Dune… and Neff, a 5-year-old Lab/Pitbull mix, to our home this week, and we immediately fell in love with them.
